Titanium Support Qualification

Before going into use, every new component undergoes rigorous testing (deformation, vibration, temperature, etc). Only once it has successfully passed all the tests does it qualify for use on the launch vehicle.
Planning, preparing, performing and documenting such tests requires considerable care, detailed knowledge of the field and many years of experience.
