Development of a Medium Size WEC

Wind energy converters (WECs) are amazing feats of engineering. They have to operate reliably for 20 years, survive up to a billion load cycles and withstand gusts of wind reaching up to 250 km/h. The development work involved is consequently highly complex. As a result, we are proud of our contribution to the development of the turbine shown here.
